Mother's Day Brunch
This Mother’s Day, treat Mom to something different. LaunchPad Golf The Meadows is hosting a brunch buffet on Sunday, May 10, from 9am to 3pm—available in both our dining room and golf suites.
Our chef-curated buffet has something for everyone. Start at the cold bar with a harvest salad, a loaded pasta salad, and fresh-cut fruit. Move on to the breakfast spread featuring scrambled cage-free eggs, thick-cut applewood bacon, maple-glazed sausage, roasted potatoes, and blue corn and wild rice waffles with maple syrup and blood orange butter.
From the carving station, enjoy blackened prime rib with garlic aioli and smoked ham with honey mustard and lingonberry jam. The lunch table features adobo chicken and carne asada tacos, street corn salad, and our Damn Good Sliders with smoked bleu cheese dip. Finish it off at the dessert table with chocolate chunk cookies, salted caramel brownies, and more.
Kids 12 and under eat free with a made-to-order menu featuring chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, cheeseburgers, and fries.
Brunch is $29 for adults (13 and up). Please note that our traditional menu will not be available during this time.
