How many guests per suite?
Each suite can accommodate up to 6 guests, whether they’re playing or not. This ensures everyone has room to engage comfortably with our technology. The hourly rate is per suite, not per person. For the safety of our guests and to adhere to capacity limits, up to 6 people are permitted per suite regardless of age or participation.
Are minors allowed?
We love kids! Minors are welcome, and we even have child-sized clubs for our littlest golfers. Just remember, minors must be accompanied by an adult in the suite at all times, and they count toward the 6-person suite limit.
Can I bring my own clubs?
Of course! We encourage you to bring your own clubs, but we also provide complimentary clubs in every suite if you prefer to travel light.
How do booking times work & can they be changed?
You can book the time that works best for you, and we recommend reserving enough time upfront for your full experience. While we do our best to accommodate extensions if you want to stay longer, they’re not guaranteed due to availability. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
How many people can I make a reservation for online?
You can reserve up to 2 suites (12 people max) online. If you’ve got a group of 13 or more, contact our group reservations team at [email protected].
Do I need to pre-pay on my reservation?
No need to pre-pay! Your suite time, along with any food and beverages, will be combined into one bill, which you can settle at the end of your visit. Gratuities for your suite time are appreciated, but never expected.
How long should I book for?
To fully enjoy your LaunchPad experience, we recommend booking for 2-3 hours.
How many days in advance can I book?
You can book your suite time up to 90 days in advance.
What are the procedures for extreme weather?
We keep a close eye on the weather and may close suites if conditions are unsafe. Both our Heritage Pointe and Mickelson National locations remain open year-round for indoor food and drinks, even if the suites are closed. If weather conditions make your suite unusable, we’ll work with you on cancellations. However, please note, LaunchPad is not responsible for injuries sustained if you choose to play during inclement weather.
Does LaunchPad have a dress code?
Nope! Come as you are and get ready to play.

Can I come to LaunchPad Golf just to hang out without golfing?
Absolutely! LaunchPad Golf is more than just a place to perfect your swing. We’re a full-service restaurant and entertainment venue, so you’re welcome to stop by for food, drinks, or to catch the game—even if you’re not golfing. However, if you’re hoping to grab a suite, we recommend checking availability online or calling ahead, as they tend to fill up quickly.
Do you allow outside food and beverages?
No outside food or drink is allowed, except for celebratory cakes, which come with a $10 fee to cover utensils, plates, and cake-cutting services.
Can I book LaunchPad Golf for private events?
LaunchPad Golf is the perfect venue for both corporate and social events, from birthday parties and team-building outings to Christmas parties and field trips. Is LaunchPad wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our Mickelson National location and the ground floor at Heritage Pointe are wheelchair accessible. The second floor at Heritage Pointe is not, so please let us know your accessibility needs when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
