Our suites can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people – whether they’re playing or not. This allows everyone attending LaunchPad to engage and interact with the technology comfortably. The hourly rate is charged per suite and not per person.
Yes, minors are allowed at LaunchPad Golf. We also have special kids-sized clubs for our little guests.
Yes! We strongly encourage you to bring your clubs but we also do provide some on a complimentary basis for all of our suites.
We are a full-service restaurant and state-of-the-art entertainment experience. The perfect place to meet up with friends or catch the big game.
You are booked in with the amount of time you reserved. We do our best to accommodate longer stays, but we cannot guarantee this. If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
We monitor the weather closely and will determine if we should close or not depending on the forecast. Our Heritage Pointe location is open year-round for indoor food, drink and entertainment regardless of suite closures due to weather.
LaunchPad is not responsible for any injuries arising from players choosing to play in threatening weather. This includes high winds, rain, hail, snow drifts, thunder, and lightning. LaunchPad may close if the suites become unplayable and will allow cancellations in situations of inclement weather.
LaunchPad does not have a dress code.
Not at all! Payment for your suite time, in addition to any food and beverages purchases is all taken care of in one bill at the end of your visit. Gratuities on suite time are welcome, but never our expectation.
For a full entertainment experience at LaunchPad, we encourage you to book for 2-3 hours.
We allow you to book up to 90 days in advance.
Yes – we welcome guests to join us before or after their LaunchPad experience.
Yes, our Mickelson National location, and the ground floor of our Heritage Pointe location, are wheelchair accessible. The second floor of our Heritage Pointe location is not. Should you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please include in your comments at time of booking.
